¶1 Samuel Joseph Cole appeals from a judgment of conviction for possession of cocaine with intent to deliver and possession of a firearm by a felon, and from an order denying his motion for resentencing. Cole contends he is entitled to resentencing because his trial counsel provided ineffective assistance when he failed to object to the State's comments at sentencing. Cole asserts that the State breached the plea agreement when the prosecutor: (1) failed to explicitly state the plea agreement during Cole's sentencing hearing; and (2) implied that the sentence recommended by the plea agreement was too lenient. We conclude that there was no material and substantial breach of the plea agreement and, therefore, affirm the judgment and order.
